I'm supposed to find 10 small Soul Tablet fragments somewhere in Oldfield. But every time I click on quest guidance, it tells me to re-enter the map because it can't locate any goals.

There's nothing in the quest description or Sophie's dialogue to point me in any particular direction. I really, really, want an onyx tiger, and it's not dropping (despite that five-minute buff that supposedly greatly increases your chance of rare drops). Also it's sometimes tricky to find a party doing a Merciless run (I'm trying to avoid Bloodshed because that's too many infernal passages). I'm trying to figure out the drop rate for a specific weapon. Our group has been farming this boss like crazy, and we haven't had any luck yet. Here's a quick rundown of our attempts:

• Our group size: 15 players
• Runs per player: 60
• Total attempts: 15×60=900

So, with 900 total drop attempts, it's pretty wild that absolutely no one in our group has gotten the weapon. This is the key piece of data for my calculations....

The Ancient Ruins event is still not working properly. The drop rate of the parts required to unlock the event main quest is close to zero. The games trying to do the event by paying fees have become infuriating with this problem.
1) You should seriously consider the presence of GM players on your servers.
2) Since the event has been problematic from the beginning, you should take all the responsibility and sacrifices necessary to compensate for the loss...
