I've stopped main progres around Twisted woods quests. I did find Sybil and Nerina at least once, not sure about second or third time, or defending her or however it goes further. I remember standing in front and not being able to talk to her or some other character. I did find Clearing some name.
So I've deleted that quest 6 months ago, planning to take it again in future.

I just completed the Teganswall area .. except I was missing 2 quests from Act II, Chapter II. From the (cheers @trakilaki ) wiki, I confirmed my suspicion: The missing quests were the two-part Knowledge of Power quest-line.
