I uninstall, clean the files and restart the computer.
I reinstall the game and try to log in again, and then it says this: Could not verify the signature of a downloaded file.
What should I do to be able to play normally?

I am trying to establish the game for my nephew and me and somehow we are not able to see ourselves in-game. I invited him to my group and he joined. Unfortunately his nickname is greyed out (we both played the tutorial and are in the first city - Fortress Forge). I do see him as a member of my group
I already checked the following:
-Leaving and re-entering the map
-Leaving and re-entering the group
-3 different servers.

Are there any other ways to approach this problem?

-the button play in the client dont work, i have to close the client and reopen it till it works
-when i try to enter into a new zone or even kingshill the game just dont load the texture leveing blu/green screen, or load the buildings but not the monsters.
I just have to close and open the game till the game works...

Apart from the delay when I'm trying to play the items alone, the character takes 2 4s to pick up, in a group I can't play all of it, I don't even see my character.

I've done a lot of things and I don't know what else to try, I started playing again for 2 weeks at the beginning it was normal now it's been 1 week since...

There was a announcement at 14:00 (GMT+03:00) on official drakensang online discord; "There will be mainteince for 3 minute" but its been already couple hours and only server isn't back online is Werian. Are they forgot due to low player count? Because there was a same issue at Heredur but it was fixed in 30min.

How long it will take and how are we going to fix this issue? Please let us know, is your team start taking actions about fixing? Or is that at to do list?

Today, after the release, the code is disappeared.
I tried to relog, change map, and successfully redeemed today's daily code, but the issue remains.

I'm quite noob, and planned to save anders and use the code on a premium day to get the belt of zeal and treasure collector.
