winter event too hard

really its impossible to play this piece of crap without premium account. well i can kill half map. and mobs are really didiculus hard. + i died more than 23 times on those shootin statues. this is utterly retarded idea.i have 2600 armor and it shoots me with one hit to death. pffff pass that event. i farm gorga till i get bored..

and ps: this is funny stupid event. nice decoration btw. thats all.

 

I don't have problem doing maps, I have problem collecting snow ess..

 

Yes, monsters are just about as squishy as they can get. As for snow essence, if you stacked up on keys from previous events burn them on amphorae, each dropped 50 snow for me.

 

Well i have to rely on presents and on snowmen that they will drop more then 2 snow ess for me :/

 

I think it's easier than last year's event and we didn't have premium last year.

 

The new players have small chance passing the shooting heads, 1 shoots them.
If you can survive 2+ hits, then is easy.

The event is lame.

 

The event is not hard. Even F2P players can easily finish the event map. I enjoyed this event than last year's Christmas event. Thank u DSO.

 

I have to say, in the past the events have been way too hard. Partly because BP made the monsters too strong/too much hp. Partly because at the start of my char i didnt really have my gear in order. So a little advise, instead of trying to rush to lvl 45 and then start working on your gear, lvl up a little slower and try to always have the best gear possible. Since i have good gear events are a lot easier to play and way more fun.

 

Event is as easy as possible, if it was easier it'd be a joke..
Maybe it's about your char rather than monsters.

On the other hand, snow ess is.. grr!

 

Compared to some older events, this one is piece of cake. Even the heads are no issue, as you don't even have to go through all of them, it's easy to skip about half of them. The only problem I have are those stupid trolls. They have quite a big damage and thanks to the ancient hitbox bug (when o when will this finally get fixed, it's so lame to get hit even though I'm way out of reach, and no, it's not a latency problem), it's almost impossible to dodge them.

 

The event was so friggin easy. Snow ess was so friggin annoying to famr. Big Paws(Normal & Hard) had lame drops. I couldn't get the Santa Scoundrel I even finished the event, but still didn't get it, and that costume was one of the reasons i did the event. Big Paws should have a some uniques drops.. not just 400 cookies, santa scoundrel and a golden present or drakens... Sargon's items would be nice...

 

I have 6000 snow ess.

 

Anyone can buy essence with andermants, or stay online/farming 24/7.

 

the general event wasn't too bad this year in terms of difficulty - the nightmare mode though is quite ridiculous, particularly with the snowman which just creates vortex after vortex - the only way out is reboot.... waste of time trying to survive that

 

The event was not hard, just that I had crappy luck with lags, bugs and nebulas. It forced me to give up on the event.

 

Yeah that's why i didn't use the "Frosty Wasteland" portals yet lol.. Of what i heard from my friends and guildmates, it indeed is ridiculous, especially the drops.

P.S. One of my friend killed the bosses 2x(used portals 2x) and didn't get any drop, because one of the member in group was using the Winter Festival Bag(Cloak) which is supposed to increase drop rate by 3%, but that doesn't change anything for bosses, since it only increases drop rate by 3% from ordinary monsters. Still sucks that he didn't get any drop while he wasted 5 stacks of red essence and a bunch of pots/buffs.

 

I liked the event, but Big Paws on difficult did not drop 400 cookies for me ever! the most I got was 250. anyway good event, keep it up.
