Kiting (or Moonwalk in this game) is Legal in the game, however some players use macro to recreate this mechanic and they are able to deal double even triple the dmg you can normaly deal.

So are you a Forum Moderator ?
Or are you a game developer for Bugpoint ?
    Or just a player ?
Or is this just your take on the subject because you use it ?
If it is legal it should be put in the forums or game rules this is legal this is how it is used for every single player not just for those who use it.
So come on Forum Moderators it is your job 'apparently' to go between Players 'your customers' and bugpoint to get answers for us.

That looks perfectly legal to me. It's a timing/order of clicks thing. Not really any different than someone doing mind control then two fast consecutive singularities or meteors.

And I can see where someone who has a high lag (>100 or so) could possibly not see the turn and run animation.

Now I see the complaint. I'm not that dexterous in my older age anymore to pull that off. I'm sure I could have 30 years ago when I could fire a continuous stream in the old Galaga video arcade game (remember those???).

    My opinion is not legal!

But BP cannot solve the problem without changing our skills!

So both eyes close and nothing will be done until the next expansion, or ever!

I don't see how it would be illegal (Maybe you can give a proper argument why it should be ruled as illegal because at moment I can't think of anything that would rule this as a bug).

It's just moving and at the same time placing mouse for a few frames in the direction you want to aim your skill at.

Some people use specific softwares to do so which is illegal.

For the other people who just do it with their own hands I don't see the issue: it's just kiting which exists in a lot of games and has no reason of being described as illegal since it's just you moving your mouse in a specific way and it doesn't increase your dps, it just makes you harder to target.

It's one of the reason there really is skill in pvp: dodging, anticipating, dealing dmg while dodging ...

However I agree that people with high ping can't do it (sadly for them, no solutions for that except being closer to BP servers/having a better connection).
Let's not remove a useful thing that actually bring some skill into pvp just because people with bad connections (or bad Action Per Minute) can't do it.
For example would it be logical to forbid Service in tennis because some people are awful at it (let's say because of either muscle issues OR bad skill)? NO, it makes no sense to remove a part of a game because a minority don't master it. Just keep the game as it is and kick people doping (external means of improving performance) out of the circuit.

I could never reproduce this without a macro, you can't click so quickly and accurately. They are just trying to explain the inexplicable.. yeah I'm far away from the server ..LOL

It is a feature of the game, why should it be illegal? As long as one does it without external program / macro, it is completely fine. Also, it is not hard, everyone can do it with enough practice.

Kiting itself is quite legal, but in PvP it violates the game mechanics. I tried again, I am not a PvP player (in this game). Many people think that it's legal, but it's actually a mistake. The animation is longer if you don't create such a bend. The whole game turns into trivial click-clicks. I sometimes meet these players, they don't even use other skills.
