Lost a deluxe of 3days

    Hello,

    I just logged in to my ranger, in the empty space I had a deluxe crown of 3 days!! I don't have it anymore!!! I was saving it for updating my glyphs!!! What can i do?

    Hello again,

    Maybe I'm gonna write every day as the game is getting worse!!
    After I lost or you took me the deluxe pack from ranger now the premium that I was saving its useless!!!!
    I don't know what I can say for that game for real !!! Look on your own ! What's after? Are you gonna delete my whole character? :D

    No one answered me on the support!!

    You have to use those deluxe or premium crowns that you pickup in events right away. They expire just sitting in your inventory. I found that out the hard way ONCE.

    why is this happening though ??? if i wanna use them in future why you have to restrict me? I dont wanna use it right away!!! I have spent some coins to buy them or money !!! Some respect!!!

    If you have submitted a ticket to support, please check your spam folders as well. They typically reply fairly quickly.

    As for the expiring premium, that was a feature added some years ago, and there is a very clear count down timer on the premium itself. Use it or lose it.
