Suggestion Double confirmation when melting items

Hello! A few minutes ago I made a huge mistake. I melted Tier 8 bow and Tier 8 Dragan hat. Both of them crafted are gone forever and so am I out of the game. As you know there is nothing that Support could do for me. But why? As a lot of you know, when farming in the game you tend to be very quick about everything. Today, I was really happy to get enough Materi fragments to upgrade my bow to tier 9. I wanted to remove the glyphs of it as well as the ones of my hat. Well, I clicked on the wrong thing as I was fast as usual. Whatever happened to me is already done.

My suggestion for the game developers is to not improve the look of the Parallel world, but to add things that will be useful for players. First, both of my items were still equipped on me when I melted them. If there was a double confirmation for equipped items/unique items that would not have happened. To add this feature won't take much, I am pretty sure. Secondly, why can not the support help with such problems? I have had other problems with mis-clicking in the game and support was never able to help me. We had to wait for months until the players abusing the Dragan exploit were banned by them... I don't want to quit the game, but I have no other choice. With an undeveloped details inside of the game and a support team that is never able to help me what else can I do? Trust me - we all have been there before and we know what it feels like to melt an important item Unfortunately, there are certain rules that apply to deleted or melted items. Look, years ago I (and surely many more) made the same mistake as you, I lost a good weapon at a high level with good damage lines, it made me very angry and it took me time to recover from the great loss, it served me as a choice, I never used the bench again or melted down without paying attention.

Over time I learned the following "trick" to avoid melting something by mistake, when you want to avoid using something in the workbench or melting it by mistake, put a gem, one of those + 2 damage or +6 armor, from the basic ones to me. I mean, so when you go to melt it or use it in the workbench, you will get a message saying that it cannot because it contains a gem.

I'm sorry I couldn't be of more use, but I hope it helps you so that it doesn't happen to you again.

Courage, recover and keep going, do not be discouraged by this, there is life beyond these blunders, we all recover and become stronger.

Do you think I don't know about this? The purpose of this discussion is to either make the developers add a second confirmation feature or make the support understand how wrong they are about having these rules. Especially for players like me who have played for such a long time... Is that what we deserve? Because to be honest, we have seen how 'helpful' the support has been to us. This is a lot of farming, a lot of hard work that I have lost due to a mis-click. In 95% of other games, support will always find a way to help their players. It's called customer satisfaction. This is what creates dedicated and happy players. If it was a low-tier item or not being crafted I wouldn't have complained. We are talking about sympathy here. As I can see, you and your colleagues know nothing about it.

 

Perfectly understand where you're coming from. I haven't melted a piece of main equipment, but accidentally destroyed back up gear or crafting ingredients before, which was fairly upsetting. As someone working in a job where I am bombarded with all kinds of pop-ups all day, I suffer from banner blindness, big time. I would rather they make the GoP removal and the gear melt features completely different colours/sizes/shapes so your brain prompts you that you have wrong interface than another pop-up that I'd ignore, though.

 

I understand your concerns. Unfortunately, support doesn't have the power to set these rules, as they were set by higher ups. We will forward your concerns in the next report.
