    See in the video how the Agathon server has behaved during the event, the problem started right after Release 244. I have already performed all the procedures recommended by support, but the problem persists.

    The configuration of my internet and my pc gamer are good, the prints show. I did a test as it says in the topic: https://board-en.drakensang.com/threads/high-ping-for-us-users.81834/

    I can't play like that and I'm missing out on the event and my premium.
    Please I need help.

    Hello Dümbledore, I have moved your post into this thread - in future, before posting your concerns, please be so kind and check if your issue hasn't been discussed already first:) Now, you may have already seen the following Announcement and you may be aware that there are other improvements and fixes being carried out at present. Unfortunately, in your case you are still unable to play and I'm really sorry about that. If a complete uninstalling and re-installing of DSO and all other measurres ( like resetting your router, refreshing IP profile etc.) failed; please kindly forward your concerns to the Support and take it from there;

    The problem is never with the server, it is always the player's fault.

    I have actually split this thread back out since it seems to be a different issue from general server issues the game has been having lately. Please contact support with all your information so they can look at it closer.
