Because Dwarfs still doesn't resive any adequate clear skill ? maybe sharpnel shot (with 1 minute cooldown )but thats all , meanwhile you will perma blast fireball (even more if herald cloack stays as it is now) until my eyes burn.
Guess you are playing diffrent version of drakensnang online XD it's not a secret that Bigpoint adores mages even now really good in PVE amazingly broken in PVP.
Dwarf on the other side is a running meme in PVP and thank God he is not like a DK on Pve (no offence DK players). But hey don't give up with your mage !!! Maybe when you get your second royal ruby or first you will feel some power ! Or maybe option 2 you play your class for so long time you don't realise you are playing it wrong (which is ok because 90% of the rangers are running with the wrong build :D).

OK, the jewels, including my Jewels of Rejuvenation get nerfed ... but by how much? I don't understand the color scheme, yet ... is that a Mighty Rune of Regeneration, so 0.075% HP regen per second when CE hits? (The loss of pure HP will also hurt my toon, of course.)

And, thank you for the info; I can get into TS most days when Europe is asleep, but my toons are advanced enough to test much.

    look again
mage 450% per 6sec(50% per mob is useless in 95% time so i ignore this)
dwarf 425%(if Monkey's post is true) per 2sec = so its 1275% dmg per 6sec
    which is better?
    450% mage vs 1275% dwarf(in 6sec with 1 skill)?

ps if u think 80% ice resist reduction will be usefull....u are wrong...
go on farm and look how many mobs are still there after 6sec...

Well here you go hot off the presses. Good luck figuring all that out. Figuring what you will even have, if they do the scripts right. What you will even be able to use with all the caps. How many slots you will even have to equip it all, that is if you can farm the trinkets for the slots to begin with. Remember it is 30 jewels, 40 runes 5 max each type, 130 gems with caps 30 and 50.

And they released it 4 days before the CE due date. This will be a total disaster.

Gentlemen, it is the waste of your time if you try to discuss something based on Monkey's post. 95% of all his messages on russian forum are about the imagined stuff in his head that dwarfs are OP in CE and mages are 0, with 2 times less dmg output. He appears from nowhere makes a throw with unchecked info and ignores the information which he gets as an answer, as though he had never asked anything. I call this trolling. He has 0 understanding about how it works on other classes. And even now in this post - the same thing!
Do you see the white dmg? Triple shot is fully boosted with skills. It means only 1 mob gets it, not ALL THE MOBs. Besides, the mobs who got fire dmg get only ONCE 21440 (or 49596 as a crit)... 4 other times 429. One more thing, this is dmg after the c14 rocket skill which brakes.... ATTENTION..... only 10% of armor, not 85% like before CE. How many armor breaks singularity? This is painfull difficulty.
Sorry, different language, but you for sure understand the stats. Why all the dwarfs on test server are playing via tesla + flamethrower? Because heavy shot is fully nerfed, und useless after removing q7 buff. So, 91k dmg base dwarf....There is no subjct here to discuss.

    What about the mage?

WITHOUT singularity.... 21k base dmg, how much dmg get the mobs? Is there still anything to discuss? Should i make screenshot with singularity? Thx for your attention :)

    about this ss
in dwarf's ss we can see white shoot 66150
in mage's ss we can see white shoots 13561
so dwarf's took 5x more dmg in a single hit
ok mage shoots in few mobs but....
1 not all the time u have many mobs for example u kill mobs with 2-3sec and mini is alive = u have 1 mob = u do 1 dmg
2 if we look at dmg dwarf have 4,5~x more than mage and he took 5x more dmg in single hit = say that they will took the same hits in the same dmg
3 dwarf can use turrents = mage not
4 if bp wants mages to be 'glass cannon' there should't be any other class with the same dmg as mage so its not sence in this way ;d

ok i let this for later bc i dont have all day to get entrance to stablebuild serv = i cant check many things = i will see this on live server than we can talk about it ;d

If you don't like playing a Mage then don't play it. Play a dwarf no one is forcing you to play a SW. That is the purpose of having different classes. So players can have a different gaming experience.

Dwarf is 92K base dmg, Mage 21k base dmg.... what do you compare? Main dwarf's dmg is white only Once, only 1 mob. The Mage is doing main dmg blue, to all mobs in the group and half of it double not 13k but also 29k, more than mage's base dmg.... I dont see on dwarf's ss any dmg more that 91k.
Monkey's post was about heavy shot, not about turrets, some of which are still bugged and kill themselves and the dwarf.
But you are absolutely right. We must wait until it's on Live Servers, reach lvl 100 put stones/gems/runes. I'm sure there will be some patches and hotfixes after the release once it's found out that any class skills are unbalanced.

I am testing all the classes and they all seem to be getting balanced with every patch, Mage are OP in CE and to be honest I was expecting a cry post from dwarfs because they cannot use 2 turrets anymore.

DO NOT pick 1 skill from each class and compare, it tells nothing. You should compare all skills, passives and affect of mastery when comparing the classes. Balance is about overall DPS/Survivability not how much damage 1 skill does.

No wonder you don't see the logic behind the changes, you haven't played the classes on level 100 or tested all of the skills.

To answer your questions for everyone:
    • Q: Why does the mage's guard not aggro mobs on himself?
A: Mage has 2 guardian skills now with a cd of 10sec.
The enemy under Mind Control spell now taunts/aggro the target.

    • Q: Why does the gnome doll aggro mobs on itself?
A: The Dwarf-in-the-box skill use to aggro before as well, the duration of the skill is increased from 3 to 10 sec but cooldown is increased from 0 to 20sec.

    • Q: Why did the sorcerers spoil the singularity?
A: Its part of balancing the skills. Debuff skills are changed for all classes but dont worry singularity is still the highest debuff% skill.

    • Q: Why didn't you spoil the dwarves' rocket?
A: It is changed. Steam cost increased from 0 to 40, and the passive is different now as well. Where as Teleport only costs 30 mana btw.

    • Q: Why many others have messed up
A: What others? Stop speculating please.

I would appreciate if people test the classes properly before talking about them in the forum, criticism should be based on facts. Being negative is not helpful.
I am sure things will be balanced for pve by the time CE comes to live server, we can always patch things for pvp as people get to endgame.

PS: @Dampfxaoc Use Dwarf's Mine skill if you are testing against Mage's Singularity.

The funny thing is that mage has always been op and its gonna be op in CE, actually more than other classes, yet mages are the most crybabies on this game and the most listened too. You just have to take a look at the game to see how unfair devs changes are, benefiting always the same ones.

PD: Stasis came back to "like" the mages posts and see if they earn again another benefit on the upcoming changes, what a jester. The same old procedure, see forum historic about crybaby posts and how mages get backtracked the nerfs and gain extra benefits. Pathetic.

I don't see it on TeddyBears list of changes. Imagine if not on the list it stays as is.

Thx. I know how to make it:) Im not complaining about the fact that dwarfs and archers are mostly affected being not able to use q7+q8 sets any more, especially dwarfs. Dwarfs are the victims of Content Expansion. Im just trying to provide with information everything around class i'm playing with giving my best. I know also the Monkey, his toxic behaviour and trolling posts from ru forum. That is why i post here the truth about relationships between these 2 classes, and not just put questions and disappear. Now back to dwarfs. Dear Developers check the following stuff which dosn't work or work wrong on the dwarfs:

    1. This skill when active deals fire dmg to ITSELF going suicide, deals also dmg to dwarf, Oh believe me also bringing him to death.

    2. Jump antistun skill does not work completly.

    3. 300 points Close to Turret (Reduction of Cooldowns). Also not working.

I doubt it will stay the way it is since the rune is "increase armor value on this item" and those runes cannot be applied anymore to a single item
