Sargons fortress of shadows

Do you know where to find Sargons fortress of shadows, cuz i start thinking it is imposibble to do the Quest '' the first ones'' if there is no Saro Event. I just can't find Nerina.

 

Hello there,

Sargon's Shadowfort is only accessible when the event is running to complete that quest. That said - no worries. The event is planned to re-run on a very frequent basis.

i can't believe this, that means am lvl 65 and ones i finish my side quests am not going to have any quest to lvl up with? Wow, amazing, gj guys! So i have to wait the event, after how much time? A month, 2 months, 3 months? Like that is abysmal.

 

Hello there. Not to worry - when you cannot see any quests from NPCs, group up with some players of your level and farm around various locations- PWs, Great Desert etc. until you reach higher level. Problem solved

The first time the event ran, it was from Feb 19th to 25th. The second time the event ran was March 12th to 18th. There was barely even 2 weeks between the end of the first one and the start of the second one. I'm sure it won't be long. Next one will probably be in April.

 

Hi @animeislife98 i'm gnna give you an advise. you only need to run event once to do those 2 main quest. i mean farm 50 coffee beans to deliver a quest in kingshill to be able to do the next one to craft the cubs, for that you must go to peaceful bay at night, to get parts of a cub, 4 in total, to go to Sargon's castle, once there is onlyon round to finish both main quest, but remember to run the sargon's event till 1300 or near of the fisrt bar to get to the first coin of mortis cos you'll be asked for one of them for a final fight boss of another main quest... cos i though they would give me at least one to finish a quest, but it seems they force you to do event even if you don't want to...

About how often this event appears it seems that's gonna be something similar like moon events by the moment at least once a month. don't know if something is gonna change in a future like is mortis coins are gonna be able to get them by other means o the frecuency of this event is gonna change... etc

 

Mhm, ok that is fine if it's next april, but still i dont understand why they involve events and bla bla in the main Quest story line, like i understand that we fight agaist demons and all of these nonsence, but if something for some reason is stoping me as a player to do the main story like just bcs he wanted to involve Saragon in the story line... well that is not ok thx for your reply.

Frankly, I think it's a pretty dumb idea to gate main quest progress behind an event too. But anyways, you won't be missing much since the quest line runs out shortly after the Sargon event quests are done. xD

 

OMG!!! I quit in December after the CE. I started again 2 days ago and I just got to this Sargon quest. I apparently just missed the Sargon event. This is just completely and totally unbelievable and stupid. Since I played 2 days in December before I quit, it actually takes less than a week to play the "expansion" content. This is also totally unbelievable and stupid after waiting two years for new content. As I've been playing, good drops are almost nonexistent. Gems and green items that are almost totally useless. I really don't understand what I'm supposed to be doing anyway. Since the dungeons scale to my level, they don't get any easier as I level up. I see a lot of level 100 people in chat trying to group up, so I guess playing solo just doesn't really work. Since there aren't all that many players as compared with even a year ago, grouping up looks difficult. I'm getting the feeling that I'll be quitting again. I can't even see how spending money would help that much.

 

I'm still trying to figure out my strategy, but chiefly it involves leveling up as slowly as possible. I stopped doing new content quests in December. I have actually stopped playing my main toon several times since CE to give the devs time to undo some of their worst mistakes. Don't play events … rewards aren't worth it (Spring Festival is ok for low-level toons, as you get backpack and locker expansion).

In order of importance we need:

1. Wisdom
2. Runes
3. Equipment with good base stats
4. Gems (converting enchantments to only impact the individual piece of equipment devalued gems preciptiously)

This is for toons that weren't OP / deep end-game before CE. If you were already OP pre-CE, you're fine now, just bored because there's even less to do / achieve than before.

This game is hard to quit, but the frustration it engenders has been multiplying for years.
