    Hello Guys,
    Could you please help me ? i cant finish this mission Shadow of the past 11/12, i read that i need to finish this Quest Serie to enter the new maps #

    The quest is currently bugged.

    Please go to the drakensangonline.com website, log in, then click "Support" in the upper left corner and submit a ticket so they can mark the quest complete for you.

    Hey Anyki, same thing happened to me but when i contacted the support team they said that i have to contact the support in my language which i dont even think it exists anymore because of what happened some years ago where many different language forums united into the en forum. So can you please tell me how in the world can i solve my issue?

    Well, guess what, like i said above i contacted the En support and the answer was i have to contact the support of my language area. It wasnt even an answer by human. It was those bot answers.Thats why i ask Anyki who is human

    I don't know which language team your original language was. You should set the DSO homepage to whatever your local language is, and send the ticket it should reach the correct queue. If your local language team has ceased to exist, then it has been internally merged with the EN team, so don't worry about it.

    So contact whichever team you're able to until you get something other than an automated message. There is currently no ETA for a fix to this quest bug, so your only option is to request Support to mark it as finished, which they have been doing.

    Say pal, if i cant ever get them to have an answer by a human and i keep getting those automated answer from the english support, what am i supposed to do about it? Wait 50 years if they ever fix it? Is there no other way around it? P.S: Original language: Greek

    Dude ... just reply to that message. Don't send new mail just reply to the automated message.

    Actually i did and they dont respond, thats why i came back to ask for help.P.S I dont think it exists. The greek forum sure doesnt exist anymore and as for the support it either doenst exist or the ones in charge of the support arent doing anything.

    Buddy, i did and the reply was" This is a system generated answer, do not reply". Nice. So no humans work anymore? Only robots? Welcome to the nice era. The world will be governed by bots soon

    i have this problem with that quest from almost a mounth.. no portal to kingstill in his former glory.. i have already write 3 tickets and they just say that they are aware of the problem..and that is all.. no one gives a shit about u unless u pay thousands of dollars to their pockets. they dont help players.. they just ignore them

    Well that's strange,
    I simply sent a ticket and asked (politely), *When will the quest maintenance for *Shadows of the past* 11/12 be rectified?*
    I signed on the next day, to thankfully find Jon Sunlair now had the quest I needed.

    For that I am very grateful

    There are if they say what problems they have solved, that I have spoken with many players and they have not solved anything, as they always sell smoke and they do not fall ashamed ...

    Hi all,

    Just a quick note to everyone who sent/will send a ticket to Support regarding "Shadows of the Past" quest - please include the name of the character in your ticket.
    It may seem like we're wizards, but we cannot guess what character is experiencing issues :p

    Well, I sent a ticket to the spanish support and they answered me that they are awared of that bug and when the devs find a solution it will be posted to all of the users.
    Can you do anything @Melethainiel ? My number of ticket is [EDIT].

    @gastonp74 ,

    Unfortunately, each team is responsible for their own tickets, so there's nothing we here can do about it.
    However, I'm sure they're doing the best they can.

    I've been with the same problem for more than 4 months, no matter how much you try to contact the support, it will be in vain, because they will always answer you the same and the problem will never be solved ... Months and months keep passing and that supposed "update "stop repairing the error never comes. You simply have to stay like that, unable to continue with your main missions or otherwise, get bored and stop playing the game.
