    Thank you for your report and the spirit of wanting to share the report on how this support works. When there was local support (each country had its own) it was very different. This thing was never going to happen.
    I'm sorry but they do what they want and if they want they ignore you completely.
    If you don't want to take legal action against them, the only thing left is to resign yourself or change your game.
    There are many less frustrating, not very repetitive and with less absurd rules than this one.
    Just think if you lost an item with dazzling imperials ... don't make me think either. I would no longer sleep at night.

    I saw a few days ago if I am not mistaken your "feedback" that has been deleted or at least I do not see a trace. I read this thing yesterday, now for heaven's sake they have censored it.

    However, even to me some time ago it happened to delete an item by mistake from the inventory and the old rules I knew said that it was possible to recover it by writing to support (possibly indicating date and time).

    Now I have no idea what they are making up.

    The strange thing as you wrote is that the week before they restored it to you normally now this week they write to you that it is not possible to do so and then worse they close the tickets without replying to you.
    This thing is really absurd but the footprint of this game no longer amazes me.

    Forum structure:

    Customer: "Innkeeper how is the wine?"

    Innkeeper: "Good!"

    If you don't understand it, it's just Italian humor ... basically never ask the innerkeeper what the wine is like. He'll never tell you it's not good
