my characters are lost

    I was play this game since 2011 but i dont look chars, i wish play old chars with items, why delete my chars? Can i recall chars?

    Are you sure you logged into the right server? A few days ago I opened the game and the first server in the list was Agathon: I didn't notice and of course my character didn't appear either. It was enough for me to log in again and pick Heredur from below.

    Since mods say my answer was ''hostile towards DSO team''. I wonder: @-NOLIAN- Were you able to recover your chars? Or are they deleted?

    Only @-NOLIAN- can tell us the problem.
    Maybe he/she selected a wrong server like @Javah said or account was deleted for inactivity.

    In April 2020 there was a purge of all those accounts that haven't logged in 5 years (before 1st jan 2015)

    In 2023 if he actually wants to start playing it takes 2 days (or less) to have a character like that deleted.
    He certainly won't be able to use the old items because they no longer exist
