Bug No Daily Rewards

Hey all,

I'm not receiving my Daily Rewards. I've only recently returned to the game and didn't notice at first because I chose gems etc, and wasn't counting. But after choosing a mount and pet, I noticed.

It's happening on both my toons. I chose 1 from each row, hit accept, looks fine, but not received. I contacted support and they said it could be dealt with in the forum.

So who here can fix this bug? lol

Surely Support should check what's happening.

After you choose and accept you receive offer when you spend andermants in shop. It is your reward for spending andermants. You can see how much you need to spend (to get what you want) on bar on the left side of window with daily offer.

 

Oh thank you! It's happened to me in the past where I've not received items - so glad it's not a bug this time.

(I did think bp was a bit too generous with these rewards for nothing lol)

On the other hand, they did add an extra Daily Login Reward option if you hadn't noticed: At the top right-hand are of the screen, just to the left of the Premium Membership button, is the button for the new reward feature. This is in addition to the daily chest ... but you have to intentionally click on the button for this new reward, then click on the currently available daily reward item. It's not life-altering, but take of advantage of it anyway.
