New Patch! But still no ERROR 37 fix

This newest patch claims to fix a handful of problems except the one problem that has been plaguing the servers for over a year! ERROR 37 and its lil brother ERROR 21.
Is there any MOD out there that can get a straight answer from the Company as to why they REFUSE to fix this problem??? And maybe at the same time they can get an answer as to why SUPPORT doesnt answer Tickets sent in about the problem???

Now in few short hours Leader Boards will start. An event which requires players to go in and out of maps a lot. There is going to be a lot of angry players, and rightfully so when they are getting hit by something that should have been fixed months and months ago.

With so many other games on the market that run so much better, how do they expect to keep a player base that spends money on their product? Not buying premium, let alone deluxe only to be unable to play half the time. Why buy event attire if you end up spending half your time fighting the ERRORs just to play????

So I' am asking if there is ANYONE at all that is connected to the company in ANY way that can tell us why the company REFUSES to fix the worst and most persistent bugs???

Hello DocWhisky, I passed your post on and a change has been made on Tegan server, hopefully it will work better now. Please report any further problems with Error 37 etc.

Just in case you are not aware of it yet, and you wanted to report it as well: not even Error 36 is fixed on the Heredur server. I don't know if the causes are similar to those of Error 37, which I've personally never seen, but I'm sure it was Error 36. This evening I encountered it twice in about fifteen minutes of play.

To answer your question, Yes, unfortunately it is still happening.
A group of 3 of us were running PW Merciless for LB event. We started @ 5:30pm Pacific time. At @ 6:38 we got our first instance of Error 37. We were going into PW Merciless Medusa. Our group member was able to log back in and we continued.
We started running Ship Graveyard/Gorga PW Merciless
At @ 7:07 We killed Gorga and then the chamber flooded like in regular scaling map. This has happened to us before, I sent in a ticket to Support. Shortly after that we got hit wit Error 37 again (not sure exact time) Again, the players were able to log back in.
@ 7:17 we killed PW Merciless Gorga again and the chamber flooded again.
This is when we decided to call it a night.

Well what ever was reported the problem still exists. I played with Docwhiskey last night 6/12/2023 and our group had error 37 a dozen times. I have also had error 37 a dozen times this morning solo 6/13/2023.
