1000 wins costume

    Hi all! Well a friend of mine just started the game again after 3 years break and he had completed the pvp quest of getting 1000 wins in arena but he cant find the costume at his inventory? Maybe he has deleted it,maybe it just dissapeared. Ofc he cant remember but it doesnt matter anyway....can he get it back somehow? the proof that I or he is not lying is that the quest is not there!

    First, he should check the collector's bag if the costume isn't there.

    If it's not there, he can purchase the costume from the guy standing next to Kingshill arena for badges of honor. You can purchase every costume that you have unlocked through pvp quests. They are not too expensive.

    If your friend is 100% sure the costume simply vanished even though he finished the quest, I guess only support can help.
