    I'm not sure if this is the place for account related support such as lost password. If it's not then please close this and direct me to the appropriate place.

    I don't remember the password of my 2nd account. I haven't logged in since about july(or august) so, yeah :/.
    Also I'm not getting the password reset email.

    Is it possible to have the password reset or something so I can recover the account if I provide information about the account/character and information about the credit card used to top up andermant.

    I'm really in a pinch here and I hope you can help me.
