    hello @jeffzrx , the Helios Elite Helmet can only be obtained when the Helios event is active, through the PvP traders in the hub worlds in exchange of Honor points. Unfortunately, a date for release of the event is unknown yet, because everything is focused on the upcoming changes and features of the Content expansion.
