Attack speed formula?

    Hi, how to calculate attack speed. On wiki there is formula
    (weapon's base attack speed + (weapon's base attack speed * sum of all attack speed boosts)) = attack speed
    But this does not give me correct answer
    For example my current items would indicate that my attack speed would be:
    0,83+(0,83*(0,111+0,06+0,38+0,25+0,26+0,48))=2,109
    (witch bonus,cloak,gloves,wisdom,adornmentrunes,wpn runes)
    i
    But in game I really have 2,38...

    firstly wisdom attack speed works differently so it is 0.83x1.25 = 1.0375 (basically this is weapon attack speed)
    then in % 11 + 6 + 38 + 26 + 48 = 129%
    1.0375 + 129% = 2.375875 aka 2.38

    Also, the 0.83 attack speed is actually 0.8333333333.

    Long story short, it has to do with animation frame rates.
