    Hello, can you disconnect my account because I had a bug and I can no longer connect to it because it remained connected to the game my id 847728 heredur server

    Login to your account and try to access that exact character.
    If you can't manage to get in ... just wait for 1 hour and the game should automatically log you out due to inactivity.
    It will be faster than to submit a ticket to support :D

    Hi,
    except that you can't !
    If I try to connect with my char who is still connect : Error Code 35 ! Client is not update.
    If I try with another char of the account : Error code 23 ! Game is till running.
    And this is the same problem since 12:30 so more than 1 Hour .......

    Error Code 35 is easy to fix
    Turn off the client ... delete dro_client64.exe file in DSOClient\dlcache
    restart the client.
    You can also try playing in browser

    What do you think i do since 12:30 !!!!
    The client is uptodate cos i can play with another account
    Technical support can t disconnect him .......

    Tried disconnecting it, but I am not sure if this would work currently. The team is aware of the issues and is currently investigating it further.
