    Recipe for crafting Tegan's Breastplate is defective, can't find the recipe for crafting this item. This item is good in character building for pvp, the base contains movement and regenerates health as a passive.

    Judging by the item description provided, I assume you are talking about the Unique item droppable from Grimmagstone map in Parallel World. It is not a bug that there is no recipe for creation of this item, as the item was never craftable since Dark Legacy.
