    As Sev said you need to contact support for help with this. There is no guarantee they will replace your item but I have had a couple items replaced in the past.

    Yes, good luck. I think it largely depends on who you draw for "support." I strongly suspect that there are varying levels of talent, and remember, for some idiotic reason, BP uses FORUM MODERATORS for front-line support, rather than real employees on a salary who have actual performance standards ruling whether they continue in their positions.
