Cant craft mythical jewel

    i opened the big present with 2500 phestos coins and i realized a few days ago that i got all drop except of the scroll of ice resistance.. its not in my inventory.. and so i canot craft the mythical jewel.. contacted support but the item is still not in my inventory as it should.. they sent an automated emai that i can not read due to email provider restrictions..its bad not to have a solution after all these days..

    You know the scroll doesn't go to your inventory? It, just like the other parts, go to collector's bag.
