Can't login to account through Gamersfirst

Hello - for 2 weeks now, I have been unable to login to my account through the Gamersfirst website. It was working fine before that. All I get is a blank white screen with the word "unauthed", it never gets any further than that. I created this account just so I can get to the forum. Any ideas on why this might be happening, or a way to fix it would be greatly appreciated. I paid for a premium membership, and I'm missing out on using it. Thanks.

Regarding your issue, I can confirm there are some issues with Gamersfirst server, meaning people can't log in and play.
You should contact Gamersfirst support directly.

 

Thanks for the quick reply - unfortunately, I contacted them first and they said the issue was on your end. I'll try again, and let them know that you said it's most likely an issue on their end, and see if I can get anywhere this time.

 

This issue is known and it's been forwarded to the team.

I have contacted some of our support officers, just now, and they would love to help you.
As I said, the issue is on our partner's side. As we cannot fix their portal.
