Support Changes regarding "Payment problem" tickets to Support Team

    Dear Heroes of Dracania!

    In order to improve our customer service, we will deactivate our special contact form for the problem description "Payment problem" from 07.02.2022.
    From this date, you will have the option to fill in a text field by selecting the "Payment" problem description and describe your concerns about your orders better and in more detail.
    In order to quickly process your inquiries, we ask you to provide us with as much information as possible. The more we know, the better and faster we can help you with your request.​

    Useful information is, for example:
    • What type of payment is it?
    • What is the date and time?
    • What is the transaction number?
    • What was requested?
    • What exactly happened?
    • What should have happened and didn't?
    • What error message appeared?

    NOTE: The change will not happen at the same time for all players and may be delayed for a few days. However, applications will be processed in any case. Players should not be surprised if after February 7 they are still shown the old contact form.
    We look forward to offering you even more comprehensive support in the future.​
