    Dear heroes of Dracania,​

    With Release 185 we decided to remove the materi vendors that spawned after doing a full PW chunk run and killing the boss for low level players. You will only be able to get the new reworked items from level 50 onwards. We did this to prevent players from building super powerful low level PVP twinks. You will, however, still be able to farm legendaries and can get world drop uniques in the PW’s and with Release 187 we will add the “Untouchable” sets and the rings to the loot lists of the PW bosses on the first difficulty, which is the only one you can enter with characters beneath level 50.
