    Dear heroes of Dracania,

    If you are experiencing client crashes with the following information:     "D3D9MouseRenderDevice::InternalUpdateMouseCursor():"

    Then, please contact our support team and forward your DXdiag information. Tell us under what circumstances this error is happening, as:
    • Is it happening when you are starting the game?
    • Is it happening while the screen is locked?
    • It it happening when you minimize the game?

    With that information, we'll be able to improve the stability of Drakensang Online.
