Client Reset

    Hi,

    I notice that every few days, my client resets and has to reload content. My settings also reset which means I have to readjust my control and display settings. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with whether I clear my browser history - I tested it. This happens even before a patch update takes place. Why does this happen and what can I do about it?

    Hey there @DanielPereira91 ,

    This is a known issue. There are some reports since Release 194 and its hotfix. Anyhow, this is already known by our team.
    Make sure that your PC is not deleting every temp files when you turn it off.

    Just to make a short test: delete your temp files manually, like explained HERE. Try again and let us know if the problem still happens.
