    Dear Heroes,

    Due to a technical failure which is affecting all Bigpoint games, you might be experiencing connectivity issues when trying to connect to servers Heredur, Werian, Grimmag and Balor. Unfortunately this issue is beyond Bigpoint’s control as it is caused by the German telecommunications provider.

    The provider has been informed and a team is already working on resolving the technical failure. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will inform you when this issue has been resolved.​
