Feedback Developers: where are they?

I'd like to see developers and not just moderators as well, unless some moderators do both.

I'd like to see a section here in the forum where:
- developers discuss ideas with players
- developers are not afraid to tell the truth about anything for fear of losing players
- developers are not afraid to tell the real reasons why an idea will never be taken into consideration

No one expects a regular presence in the forum from developers, but their participation in the discussion at least 2 or 3 times a week(or 1 atleast), I am sure that it would make Drakensang Online re-evaluate for the better and consequently they would be more appreciated for their dedication.

 

Unfortunately your never going to talk with a Dev only the CM and they use Discord.. no one from DSO uses the forum to post..

 

I had already imagined it and your observation makes me think that this forum is of little or almost no use.

 

Could it be that DSO was made by IA and mods are IA and everything is a IA but for us cos those who pay for preium is with regular money isn't it?... i leave it there... is it so difficult to understand that the only think we ask is a bit of humanity and not being treated like rats in a laboratory to experiment with us?

 

In the laboratory you are talking about, fortunately, there are only a few guinea pigs.
I think that these guinea pigs like to be treated in this way or they are not very awake and do not realize that they are deluded.

 

I Lost everything because support dont want to do his job, i spent a hole week just asking for a mail change, not to restore My stuff just to change back My mail or to another mail of mine and now the hacker delete everything. I Lost a 15 years of playing because of a Bad support, because they prefer to drink coffee and do nothing, they just needed to check the changes made last 27 th december to confirm What i was saying, but now its too late they won t give me nothing back they are useless as support. I want to talk with Someone that worth his job and give me a solution. Some one knows another way to talk to them or the only way is sending tickets?
