Deactivate fast key for Heal potions and ability potions inside cities.

    o_O They don't do anything in town. If you attempt to use one in town the message "this item is ineffective and will not be used" appears. Even if you are close to dead and run back into town with less than full HP or resource they still don't do anything (I just tried this ;))
