    You dont find it, you have to craft it. Materials only drop merci/blood
    Do battleground on merci/blood for cloak mats.

    You have to enter the map Battleground in Merciless or Bloodshed (in Infernal does not give you anything). In Merciless you only get 1, and in Bloodshed you get 2. To complete the 200 you need to craft the cloak you have to enter Merciless 200 times or Bloodshed 100 times.

    You can't die, otherwise you have to start over.
