Hello, I am level 100 and I want to create a 1h build right now. Can you help me by saying that this item will drop from here and you will wear a2 a4 a5 items?

If you have reached level 100 you should have gained a minimum of experience to understand how to do a 1h build.

Hello, congratulations on reaching level 100. :) Feel free to peruse pictures of sample builds for your class that are in the class channels on our discord server as well as within our forums here. There, you can see the items players use for each slot. You will be able to craft most of them, and drop a few if you need. Some items, however, are event-specific so you may need to find alternatives for the time being. ^^

In short, if you want to get information, asking and waiting for an answer that can meet your needs is never a good idea.
Looking for answers (and I think you are already doing it) is instead the best solution.

If you find them without anyone's help because you have figured out how to make your build, it will give you even more satisfaction.

The Avenger one-handed weapon (high attack speed) and the Mechanicum (spelling?) defensive shield (very high HP) can drop on any map, Normal or Parallel World, from probably anything but the most basic mob, not only from true Bosses. Just continue grinding wherever you feel comfortable and they'll eventually each drop for you.

There are other items you can craft (e.g., Arachna 1-handed weapon; Sharr Karab lamp off-hand) after earning the necessary crafting recipes (100 of the same boss kills at any mix of levels above Normal, from Normal and/or Parallel World boss rooms; e.g., if you want the Arachna weapon, you can fairly quickly rack up 100 Painful kills of Arachna in her room off of Loxley Caverns, craft a weak version of that weapon to test out, then slowly build up kills at a higher difficulty to craft another weapon at that higher level with hopefully better stats). Be aware, however, that you'll need an appropriate ring from the Parallel World dungeon to craft each of these Boss items; which means you need to be able to handle at least Parallel World Infernal difficulty to make this next step.

Rather than worry about building the best items right now, probably better to focus on building up toon strength through Wisdom points, rune upgrades, and jewels (which require patience to collect as you primarily acquire them via seasonal event progress bar rewards, often in the form of jewel chests with their attendant crappy RNG bad luck factor). Until you can run Parallel World Bloodshed mode (to get level 145 crafting ingredients), you'll end up replacing your early crafted items anyway.

You can also do some enchantment transfers if you'd like. But try to not squander too much of your Glyphs of Power. You'll need tons later on to get the best enchantments on your level 145 gear once you're ready to accumulate those.
