    Hello Heroes,


    Players cannot enter the game because the game tells them that they are already logged in.

    In order to help diagnose the cause of this plague please contact the support:

    And send the following details:
    - Username
    - Server
    - Account ID (A/C Number)
    - The country you are in
    - Approximate date and time (CET - if not sure, type "what time is it in Gemany" into your browser) you got the Error 23
    - Soloing or while in a group
    - Internet provider
    - What you were doing when the error was triggered or appeared (changing maps, browsing the inventory, opening the locker)​
