    Game totally broken since last patch; same here Agathon server.. waiting for support.

    That is not how you measure the latency.
    That 4ms latency that the speed test is showing you up is a latency between you and the nearest automatically chosen server (server nearest to your location).
    You need to ping the game server - https://agathon.drakensang.com (47.254.92.106).
    It is probably CDN failure or the server ISP is having issues.
    I have checked the server location ... it has been moved to San Mateo and it is operated by Chinese ISP.
    You should run a Traceroute and send it to support or post it here.
    in start menu search cmd.exe . When you start it type inside

    tracert www.agathon.drakensang.com
    or you can just copy and paste the entire line (paste it with right mouse click ctrl+V is not working).
    since you are not the only one having issues with Agathon server ... we can presume the issue is server side and the most probably is caused by the CDN.

    I did a tracert to agathon.drakensang.com compared to a tracert to www.agathon.drakensang.com

    I am on the East Coast of the US.
    The first one went to Boston > Chicago > San Jose.
    The second one went to Boston > New York > Paris > London > Frankfurt. No where near the Agathon server which resides in California.

    They were definitely changing servers, even the search engine is showing up a permanent redirect

    BTW ... you are having very small lag and the game should be running fine ... but it is not.
    You should both contact support.

    I have. They are still telling me that it is a problem with my computer but I really don't think it is. I sent them the tracert results yesterday. Maybe that can help some.

    i see this : no have ADM here for answer , so i not know why have forum , only for player answer player.

    i have computer new , have nice internet , i think so , no need make much test , this is one problem for ADM's .

    i can playing other game ,when i fix my problem i'll play again

    Windows 10 Professional, build 19043. It is up-to-date on patches, etc (which may be the problem!). 32GB of RAM, 4 cores w/8 processors. Internet speed is fine. The computer is getting a tad long in the tooth with the motherboard/cpu/etc. being 3 years old but still...

    Spyware 10 is the problem.
    Check the settings, your auto-deletion option of the temp files is most probably turned on ... again.

    I'm with you there on the irritation with Microsoft and their desire to manage my files. But that setting is indeed off.
