Fourth bar of event grind

Hello,
I'm playing back this game after a big break, and I don't understand why on my war I have 4 pages of bar progress whereas on my dwarf I only have 3 ... Can somebody explain me how that works please?

You dwarf's Achievements is low that 5k
if u get over 5k you will get the full progress bar

What makes me wonder is that mu dwarf has around 2500 achievements and only 3 bars
But my war has like 2300 achievements but can see the 4th bar… is it class dependant ?

 

Are they both level 100? That's the only thing I can think of is maybe your war is higher level. I wouldn't think it'd be different between classes, but who knows.

Dwarf lv 86 war lv 75
Dwarf more achi points etc

Yeah, that is weird. I never really paid much attention to that since my other characters aren't level 100 yet & just assumed that was why since I mainly just play my lvl 100 ranger. I also don't think I have it in me to attempt all the progress bars on multiple characters, lol.

There's only 2 other variables I can think of: 1st is character creation date and 2nd is quest progress. I really don't think it would be either of those though.
