Support Game is Freezing for up to 50 seconds

Game is literally freezing for about 30-50 seconds when i try to login or when i try to go another map that i haven't been. Sometimes, even though i've been in a map, and i try to go there again, game freezes at some point.

Same thing is happening when an item drops from mobs. It is starting to drive me crazy. I cleared my temp folder, i did everything that has been writen in this forum. Nothing happened.

I have 100 mbps download 10 mbps upload fiber internet. I play game with 47 ping, Werian server.

Rtx 2060 graphic card, intel i7 10. gen CPU. 16 gb ram, and game is on SSD.

Some guy said "there is a problem with nvidia cards, delete your GPU driver then install the older one".
First of all, why the hack do i have to do that when i have 2060 ?? Game has to configure itself to newer version of drivers.
Second of all, I even tried it and nothing has changed.

And also i've seen some people have the same problem, so is someone gonna drop a solution or are we gonna drop the game?

 

i have the same problem when i go to a new map but also HUGE LAGG when i farm in group.
My Ping is 90 ms and sometimes go high to 200 ms.
BP must give a solution or we drop the game enough is enough,
they also made me to bought a new Graphic Card and Ram but the problem its still here.

When it freezes your disk is running at 100% speed, have a look at task manager

I've raised this issue ~~ 3 times, 3 years ago first time, they didnt fix yet. It's got to do with unpacking packed files or something, it's scanning the entire packed directory to find what its looking for to unpack.

this is why 'reinstalling' or clearing DSO cache is a VERY BAD idea, often given by our moderators (clueless moderators i should mention) because the files downloaded will be packed again and you will experience these freezes once again since it will once again block on unpacking.

i've no idea why DSO does it since the client is about 2 GB anyway. but i guess saving ~~ 300 MB or something in 2021 is worth losing lots of audience. Today by the same bug i've died like ~~ 30 times, had to pay deaths for ander of course.

BP is one of the worst companies in existence, i'd suggest moving on to something else than dso, its in dire shape at the moment.

What about Nebula , it kicked me out of Sargon Map that i need port to go there. And of course i lost my Port. Not only that but my ping is huge when i am in Group so i can only play Solo.
