    Hello Heroes,

    MY GAME CLIENT QUITS IMMEDIATELY WHEN I TRY TO PLAY!
    Is the following scenario the case?​

    You open the game client of Drakensang Online, you place all your credentials in the login window, you click on login and the game immediately crashes before you even make it into the character selection screen?​

    Then please get in touch with our support: www.drakensang.com/support​

    And send the following details:
    - Username
    - Server
    - Account ID
    - language you play in
    - The name of the firewall or antivirus program you are using
    - your operational system (Windows XP, 7 etc)
    - the error message that you are receiving – what does it say?​
