Support Gem crafting inoperative?

    I have the required dust (23) and am trying to upgrade any gem and cannot. Each time the Combine option is greyed out and the message under the dust says in red "item currently in use". But it's not! How do i get to use my dust to upgrade gems?

    PS. The new changes are terrible.

    Sometimes you have to right click/add the gem and dust in the craft table
