    No they are not. It is correct.
    They are rounded values ... try to upgrade one item and you'll be able to see correct decimal values. :)
    For an example if the value is 10,77 it is displayed 11 if 10,34 it is 10

    An example of what it could be is 4.8 and 5.6. The fist one would round up to 5 for display purposes, and the second to 6, yet when added together would add up to 10.4 which would display as 10. I guess this engineer must be ugly because I am really smart. :p:D

    Aye, I always understood that the Upgrade tool would show fractional values. But for an item comparative, the usable value should count...
