'Ghost' NPCs

    Lately I have been getting hit by "ghosts". That is, I cannot see where the critters are, but I am getting hit. In addition, I can see names running around, but no characters. Same issue? I have uninstalled the game (through MS uninstall program). I re-installed it, but after signing in and choosing play, I get a "failed to get target" message. Part of same problem above?
