    This survey has reached its quota and responses are no longer being solicited.

    So why send it, if an hour after receiving the survey notice you get this?

    There are just people who are more attentive to their email. When they're are thousands upon thousands of active players, you shouldn't be surprised that a survey with nice rewards is taken quick.

    P.S. I too was rather disappointed when I saw that email a couple weeks ago.

    I never get to the survey on time either :(. Takes a few seconds for the survey to reach it's max quota anyway, I stopped trying lol.
