    USEFUL INFORMATION:


    After the virtualization it is highly likely that users will not be able to connect to server Heredur

    The side effects of this process are- inability to connect and lags. The problems usually resolve themselves after 24h but, as a user, you can do the following steps to speed up the process:


    1.What happened?

    The public IPs of the server have been changed through a process called Virtualization.

    Now the routers will need some time to change adjust to the new IPs


    2.How does this show in game?

    The users cannot connect to the game, they cannot login.


    3.What can they do?

    The users need to undergo a process called IPconfig / dnsflush.

    Sound complicated but it’s quite easy.


    4.Instructions on how to do an IP config /dnsflush:

    Success rate:

    The IPconfig / dnsflush is not a guaranteed help and will not work out for every user but it is worth trying.
