    hey why don't I get any mail from you guys anymore. I see others getting codes n such from email. I checked I'm still subscribed to you guys. also why don't I see drakensang page anymore on facebook, its like I'm blocked or something. am I blacklisted? 5-6 years of playing this why now?

    Hey there @glesia ,

    You must contact our support team. They will be able to check if you are in the "black list", if you are, don't worry - it is for security reasons.
    About facebook, that's a bit weird, yes. But, we have no access to Facebook admin tools to check if you are banned there.
    Please, open a ticket to our support and write about those two topics. They will help you.
