How do i get the recipe for the dragan craftable weapon?

    as mentioned above basically.... I have all 4 ingredients but the crafting table doesnt let meput them together

    It either drops or you have to buy it from the NPC next to Gnob in Kingshill, not quite sure what her name is, she sells all kinds of event recipes for draken.
