    Payment matters can only be handled by support - there is nothing we can help you with through the forum. You don't have to select "Payment" when you contact support, because the payment support form is related to a transaction in particular - this form should be used when something goes wrong with a purchase.

    In your case, you need to contact your registered language support by filling in this form and selecting Game Problem, for example.

    SAME i can't buy deluxe premium for 1 month uisng razer gold/silver when i proceed to checkout the lowest page is empty i even tried to refresh it but still the same
