    read the quest text again, the gems in your bag wont work you need to show them a polished gem

    in ur picture you have flawed gems and splintered gem

    here is an example flawed gem->splintered gem-> simple gem->regular gem(example ruby or onyx)->polished gem(what you need)->radiant gem->flawless gem->sacred gem->royal gem
