I can't connect with grimmag server

hi, i have problem with my account.
I can't connect with Grimmag server, after each attempt i receives a window with a black screen and a return button.
I tried to write for the support but i didnt get a reply

 

Hello ALEXxXG. So if I understand correctly- you are actually clicking on Grimmag and only Heredur seems to be selected... Have you tried logging on any other server? Your screenshot looks like it would seem that you haven't visited any other server than Grimmag. I'm lost here. This way or another - please wait for your language Support to get back to you and take it from there;

My main acc is on Grimmag server but I can't select it. Heredur is working normal but when i choose Grimmag i have screen like in 2nd screenshoot. I also tried to log into other accounts and there was no such problem. I have this problem since yesterday,
the sign that I visited Grimmag is gone and i can't log in.

Dear players, today it happened also for me. I was ABLE TO FIX IT like this: 1) Press WIN(key)+R and run %temp%. 2) Delete 'DSOClient' file. 3) Run Drakensang Online and wait till it download 1.8 GB game files. 4) Log in, play and enjoy Good luck, this worked for me.
