i cant start the game

    after the update of the game today in the morning I cannot start the game,today before the update I was playing, the same thing happens to some members of my clan, not all, we get the message: nebula3 application error. failed to load root table of content file. a server update may currently in progress, please try again in a few minutes.if this error keeps popping up, please contact support.
    I am leyendaastur of the heredur server, I have the latest java version updated (version 8 update 261)
    I've already uninstalled the game and temporary files several times,and also use the program ccleaner and restart the computer,I do not know what else to do
