Support I didn't get my Unique Turban skin

    As in the title, I've lost it some time ago, but I'm working on my set right now and I reminded myself that about a week ago while farming in Qaizah I dropped a Turban head piece from some mob in the desert. I never checked if it got saved in the customization window, I just melted it for glyphs because it was low level. So is there a way to get my skin back, or get it at all? Since it seems like a bug, I didn't make a screenshot of the Turban in my inventory because I thought it got saved then, into the customization tab. But it wasn't apparently...
